Phobias - A phobia is an unrealistic or exaggerated fear of a specific object, activity, or situation that in reality presents little to no danger and it can be almost anything.

Separation Anxiety - Separation anxiety happens with children and many believe it to be a normal part of child development. There is crying and distress when the child is separated from a parent or away from home. If separation anxiety persists and starts to interfere with daily activities, it may be a sign of so-called separation anxiety disorder.

Social Anxiety / Social Phobia - When a person you has a debilitating fear of being seen negatively by others and humiliated in public, it is called social anxiety disorder, and known also as social phobia. Social anxiety disorder can be thought of as extreme shyness. Performance anxiety, stage fright, may be one of the most common types of social phobia.

Okay so my mom has it but she confused me on how she described it becuase i was freaking out becuase i was parnoid that my friends were mad at me becuase the have been saying i was being different then i am usually and i have always have been increasingly stressed and worry about everything.
